We at Midway Rides Unlimited safety very seriously. We are on top of all the latest Safety Regulations in all the states of North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.

Our rides are inspected daily and weekly by our staff and local inspection agencies.

General rules that can help make your day at any carnival even safer.

• KEEP hands, arms and legs inside the ride at all times.
• USE safety equipment such as a seat belt, shoulder harness, or lap bar when provided.
• STAY in the ride until it comes to a complete stop.
• READ posted rules.
• OBSERVE age, height and weight restrictions.
• FOLLOW the instructions of the ride operator.

We now have a measure up station on our midway. This will allow our guests to see how tall they are and will allow them to know what they may and may not ride per the height restrictions.

Each ride has a hight stick that states the minimum hight requirement, hight to ride with a adult and height to ride alone.
